Poor technique leads to poor habits and the potential for harm, so use your best technique that you practiced in the Singing 101 course, book, audiobook, or with your voice teacher. The exercises are designed to push your vocal limits; you might find you can't complete them all. If your voice feels hoarse or fatigued, stop and try again another day.
